If I still used conventional oil or had me an oil burner this would be the ticket.

That is pretty good for a non-rebate price, and I think QS 5W20 is probably a synthetic blend (although not labeled as such), due to it being SN+.

It's like we turned the clock back 20 yrs.
I remember buying the Phillips 66 5W30 semi-syn at WM for a buck and a half a quart and it was a good deal.

I bought a 6 pack last week. With tax $1.61 a quart. I plan on doing some 2-3k OCI this spring and summer. Got some Motorcraft fl500 for $4 awhile back, figures out to about $14 an oil change. Advanced durability meets a few specs.

The high mileage syn blend is also 14.67 per 5q.

Run it to do some engine cleaning. Full or blended dino in general will have better solvency than a fully grp3 or 4. When you take out all the aromatics, like in a grp3 or 4, the solvency of the base oil drops dramatically. That's why MMO is a good cleaner, it's like 80% naphthenic oil which has great solvency due to the higher amount of aromatics.

Great suggestion.

The price really takes a nosedive once you buy the 6-pack. It goes from $2.93/qt to $1.51/qt, close to half price.

I ordered a six pack. Perfect for my use. I put less than 4K miles/year on my vehicle. Will use 3 and give three to a friend.

Here are the specifications.

Darn deal looks dead, will have to be quicker next time. Six pack would have been perfect price point

Here is the deal. You have to buy 6, 9 or 12 to get the $1.50/quart price.
