Correct. The RGT Q & A said it was part GTL (what%, who knows) and "other" synthetic base oils.

Not necessary a bad thing IMO but interesting if it were. QSUD always seems to turn in some good looking UOA's.

Doesn't look like much difference between the two when comparing VOA's. A little more of this, a little less of that. Variation in overall cSt. Could be differences in the base stock that they use in each, but that doesn't show up in a VOA.
