Broken Oil Fill cap Removal -2007 Civic 1.8

Have an immediate need for tool or advise for removal of broken oil fill cap 1.8 Honda Civic. Something like this only larger?:

Don't want to remove valve cover unless necessary.

About 2 threads are in cover, clean break, no residue (Yet).

How hard have you tried to remove it? It should not be really stuck in there, try twisting it out with your fingers or using a pair of long-nose pliers spread apart.

Tap gently counter clockwise with a big blunt screwdriver or fat blunt chisel or punch. Stuff a rag in hole in case something does chip off. It will come loose then grab with needle nose.

Here's the real question everyone really wants to know?? How in %#$$ do you manage to break off an oil cap🤗.

Turn on one side only, pressing on both sides can make tighter. I learned this from fixing camera lenses with thin threaded rings without the correct spanner tools. A sharp catch on one side and rotate it out, put a clean rag in the hole to catch any little chips.
A small sharp screwdriver or maybe just your finger is enough to turn it out. The threads are not tight on these. I've never seen a tight oil cap thread, just the gasket gets tight..
