Don't see a welding/fab section here, so I thought I'd add it to this thread.
Replaced a perfectly good aluminized exhaust with 304L, v-band clamped, from primary turbo to tail pipe tip.
Yes, I sprayed the entire exhaust with the leftover ceramic wax

Just tried the spray on-hose off version of meguires hybrid ceramic wax on my black F150. It left a whiteish layer that took just a little effort with a microfiber to buff up. Pretty easy. At first I was not impressed at all. But after a few days, I'm noticing the truck simply looks good.
My hood is just starting to show it's age with some water spots and was a bit dull. No more! It's now pretty shiny. Yes the water spots are still there. But it looks deep black. So the stuff seems to work.
