Its raining in my neck of the woods too here in SoCal desert. I can't say I love the rain, but yes it does mean no more fires. smile

Quite frankly I'd rather have no rain and twice the snow, but whatever...

Since the fires wiped out significant vegetation, does that mean it's now mud season? Topic title did remind me of a song.

Yes; the rains bring mud slides which will be worsened by the fires. Yippie!

I'm glad you got some rain....I'm from MI and it's depressing to hear about all the wildfires you guys from CA are getting.

I'm also very glad to have the rain. Just wish it would stop for a day so I could do a little work on my truck!

Well, given that all the blinkers in CA are broken, we do have a problem driving.

Ah, the beautiful Scott McKenzie song...
San Francisco

This is an amazing place.
Let's just say that, having made so many mistakes in my life, Silicon Valley has been very good to me.
At 33 my life was down the tubes. Things have changed...
So much opportunity. I love it here.
