Sad because it's a very nice car no one seems to buy.

I didn’t even know they were still around. All I see now are the Envision and the other crossover whose name escapes me.

They should just let it whither.

I just learned this week that there's no 2020 LaCrosse. Now the Regal gets axed. What parts support will GM lend to these discontinued models? And the owners of these models will be looking at more depreciation than they expected

I hope they weren't expecting much ...

A new, GM, sedan, is probably going to be one of the worst vehicles for for depreciation. It checks all THE WRONG boxes. Might be a great used buy in a year or two.

The last regal that looked good was in 1987.

Not as much depreciation as the Buick station wagons.

I hope all these axing of sedans by Ford and GM doesn't come back to bite them in the butt when and if gasoline prices begin to rise.

Sedans are all suffering, from all makes. The pendulum will swing back at some point, but it might be 10 years?

And if it does, the nimble car manufacturer will profit and the ones late to the party will suffer.

Enough companies have bailed out of sedans that demand will soon meet or exceed supply I'm guessing. A lot of people still want a car. With so many bailing it may soon be a profitable market again.

I honestly can't imagine a lack of support for a GM car in this country. I still see people managing in Saabs.
