Lower radiator hose was soft and had 2-3 pin leaks near block inlet, upper was slightly soft, both needed changing ASAP.

Gates Hoses, Gates Thermoclamp (Thanks The Critic!) and Marine grade US made Stainless constant tension clamps on the rest. New OEM Thermostat and gasket, seemed like a good idea given age and mileage on a Nissan. It is below zero now so I committed a mortal sin and paid a local retired Nissan mechanic with his own heated shop, a lift and excellent recommendations to do the job and an oil change and tire rotation with the parts I supplied. Did about 100 miles since, looks like they did excellent work,
P.S. 370z/g37 owners, This is not a repair to put off and hope but I have seen many a 08-09 Z/G's with soft weepy original hoses and $2500 in rims and rubber. Our cars cannot not detect engine temp without coolant in the loop, so if your radiator hoses fail catastrophically and you loose a large amount of coolant while driving it can result in the coolant temperature sensor(s) not being fully submerged in coolant and thus not functional. If that were to happen it's possible you could overheat the car without the temperature gauge indicating an overheating condition.
