The NFL season is starting to take shape as far as which teams are looking like they're ready to make a post season run. NE and BAL clearly look like the two best AFC teams (with BAL being the best), and in the NFC, I'm going with SF and SEA as the two best in that conference. Dallas has a lot of talent, but can never seem to beat the good teams. GB looked like they were one of the best, but they looked atrocious against both the LAC and SF. Just when I was ready to jump on the Saints' bandwagon, they get blown out by ATL, and almost lost to CAR, so I don't trust them either. The AFC's got nobody that can compete with NE or BAL, and I think that will be the AFC championship game, with BAL winning. I think the NFC championship game will be SF and SEA, with SF winning. Ravens win the SB...

Hard to disagree with that analysis. I have the 9ers to win it all.

In the AFC, you forgot to include the KC Chiefs!

Wonder how that loser is enjoying life without $14,000,000 a year in chump change?

The 49ers win and lose by their offensive line.
Oh, and our defense... Aaron Rogers had his worst game statistically.
Going into the game, I hoped the defense would keep us in the game until something good happened.
Instead they dominated starting with Green Bay's opening series.

It took awhole for the offense to get going, but then they did and the rout was on.
Oh yeah, Geo Kittle...

On one hand I don't feel the need to dump on him and I know they'll lock this if it goes political. Better to ignore him, but you may have a point. What if instead of protesting, he had continued to play and donated most of the salary to improve police recruitment and training or some other social need? Power of positive energy over negative.

The last time the 49ers were in the Super Bowl Kap was our QB. Remember?

As a Cowboys fan, i agree with your assessment of them.

I have the 49ers meeting the Ravens in the big game.

Well put Burt.

People do what they can get away with. Nobody saw the first time he did his thing coming, the 2nd time and the whole fiasco rests firmly on the shoulders of the 49s owner. Those guys are paid mountains of money to play football not make social justice statements on game day.

I'm picking the Steelers and Cardinals.

We are talking about who will get to the Superbowl not the first draft pick.
