Kansas - Leftoverture, with Point of Know Return a very close second.
 
Tool-Holy Grail EXCEPT why did they put 3 minutes of BS before it starts the first track??? I've got it on my thumb drive I take to the garage and every time I have to fast fwd past that part. I think there is some more BS later too on that album, but mostly it's an awesome album as are their others.

I'm honestly surprised at the amount of Art/Progressive in this list.

Days of Future Passed is 90% but I didn't list it because IMO the orchestral stuff drags a little in the first half.
