Too cheap? It seemed pretty fair considering what I have into it. I actually considered holding on to it, but I'll just abuse the Impala for the winter instead.

If the rust is under control, I agree, that is a $3000 car MINIMUM around my neck of the woods. Reasonable miles and looks to be in decent shape.

Great price assuming it's rust free. Around here that would easily cost $3k

2001 Chevy Suburban 5.3 ~291K Miles: Valvoline Maxlife 10W-30, ACDelco Filter.

To be fair, it's NOT rust free. The body is relatively clean, there's two half dollar size rust spots on the rear quarters. The underside is decent, the pinch welds are all solid, but there is a decent amount of surface rust from sitting. It was a second car for the PO and didn't get used much.

Subframe and all that is in great shape. It's just surface rust.

If it were closer I'd have it now! You can't touch a running, driving subaru for that around here ... even with rust

Private party value is $3500+ here. That sounds low to me. I bet it would fetch $5 k all day long here.

Good car. Manual transmission would turn off a lot of folks overall.
