Canned marinated artichoke hearts, good or bad?

I mean are they relatively healthy being a vegetable? Store has 6.5oz glass cans for $1.25 and although it says 4 servings, I'll have the whole can as a side salad with a sandwich for example.

Maybe I wasn't clear but I already buy it occasionally.
 
look at a couple things. Sodium, fat and fiber per serving. That will tell you if it's ok or not. From what I have seen, it's too much salt. A whole can is probably your daily allowance.
 
I've always wondered how much of a vegetable's good qualities remain in the can/jar. Also, what is left after drying (apricots, figs, prunes etc.).

I go through artichokes as I use 'em in salads and my slam-dunk, undisputed ALL TIME greatest recipe.....Vegetable Stuffed Chicken.
