Best online price I've found is $34/qt for ATF-Type 3.1

Looks like that is the going rate. Is it made of unicorn tears?
Which vehicle has the 9speed ZF transmission that requires this? Do you have enough miles on it to need a change?

Valvoline Maxlife is speced for ATF-Type 3.1. Ive used in in many other ZF transmissions and others have used it in the similar 8 speed with good results.
