What would be a good transmission temperature gauge?

I've been looking at these three but don't know how good of quality they are the only difference I see between them extra color options which I don't really care about and one of the Elites go to 300 degrees.

Elite 300 degree:

Elite 260 degree:

I have this one on my avalanche.

This ^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The hottest I've ever seen my transmission get, (ZF 8-Speed 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee), was 190F. And that was traveling through the desert in 120F ambient temperatures. (This time of year around town it rarely gets over 150F).

So it's silly to buy a gauge that over half of the range is useless. A bit like putting a 10,000 RPM tachometer on a Diesel, or a 160 MPH speedometer on a 4 cylinder Camry.

As far as brand, it's pretty hard to go wrong with Auto Meter.

I have a factory gage in my Chev 3/4 ton and find the hottest temp is when you are maneuvering a trailer at low speed on a very hot day. It has a stand alone factory mini radiator style factory cooler but there is just the radiator fan to try cool it and the temp can head towards 210 F. And yes, I hate seeing that happen.
