I'd say a mixed breed but my guess is there is some Jack Russell in that dog.
Basenji was my first thought also.

I was going to guess Jack Russell & Chihuahua mixed, the ears, eyes, and nose/mouth look like Chihuahua.

Basenji, my brother has one, I believe they are hypo allergenic as well. Good dog, very active some are crazy, his is pretty good.

Had to google the breed. Good looking dog. They don't bark apparently, but make a yodeling sound.
