Pennzoil Platinum 5w-40 in a 2011 BMW 135i, 2900mi

This is a sample I pulled this summer. Not that much distance on it, and the car gets a mix of commuting and interstate runs when I use it. I wish they would have given fuel % as I have to imagine that's why the viscosity is low. The car sees very sporadic use, so lots of "dry" starts where the car has sat for weeks or more between uses.

I had a bunch of BMW 5w-30 in my garage so ai used that for this year, but ultimately illl go back to a 40wt in the future.

I like that additive package and that is a nice report. I will be looking for this oil to use in my truck.
