No its not, strangely. Gena Fishbeck of Pennzoil said its GF6 already (early) though, that is something. The dexos1 GM spec goes farther than MS-13340 does. GF6 does have a good timing chain stretch (wear) test, and of course LSPI like dexos1 does.

Good point: Mopar 0w30 MS-13340 is not SN plus. Another weird fact: No Mopar oil is SN Plus. None.

You are right, M1 AFE 0w-30 is perfect for the 1.3T with the twin dexos1 & ACEA turbocharger deposit tests it passes, since its dexos1 and SN Plus, and is 0w-30 like the Owners Manual wants.. just not MS-13340 due intercompany rivalries and business partnerships (FCA-SOPUS).

But does Jeep (FCA) technically agree, in case of a warranty claim down the road? They would surely cover you for Mopar (their own brand) 0w-30 MS-13340, even though its not actually SN Plus as the Owner's Manual seems to demand. LSPI protection from SN Plus & dexos1 would be nice to have though, and FCA is probably not going to deny a warranty claim(?) if you use the #1 syn oil brand, M1, in their 0w30 desired weight.
M1 AFE 0w-30 is about 1/5 PAO, good enough, and does have great U.S. specs. Ravenol FES is all PAO though, and might qualify as well but is expensive and hard to get.
