This price is about as good as it gets for Milesyn, full synthetic 5w30 in 5 gallon pails $80.22 and 0w20 for $82.72.
All summer, these products have been up around $97 to $116.

Also, the 5w30 Synthetic Blend is at $50.94.

Free shipping from Zoro. I just picked-up one of each so I'm set for about a year and a half now (5 family cars that take either 5w30 or 0w20).

This site doesn't have great prices on full synthetic, but its prices are quite good on syn blend and syn blend high mileage, Mag1 brand in five quart jugs. Shipping is free for orders over $50 and no sales tax I believe. The high mileage 5w-30 comes out to $2.66 a quart.

For those who might not know, MAG1 is made by Milesyn.

I'm pretty sure Mag1 is blended by WPP, Warren.

LOL... who knows! Years ago when I first started using Milesyn, they had a brochure that showed all the brands they made. Mag1 was one of them at the time -but maybe not anymore.

Don't know about any brochure but Mag1 has always been Warren's house brand.

This.--- WPP, not Warren Oil, that is. Had to add that because I started a who makes Harvest King thread (it was Warren Oil) and Warren Distributing (WPP) kept getting mixed up in the thread.

Checked on an earlier BYOB post on Milesyn. There was reference to MACH2 branding. Could this be the source of the Mag1 brand statement?

Good point, far too often I use "Warren" interchangeably and I shouldn't because they are two different companies, as you pointed out. Both good blenders but different.

Pretty hard to find Mag1 out this way. I know you can get it online but it's usually marked up pretty good. I'd buy some if there was a distributor in my area.

Fwiw, i researched MileSyn and they're actually owned by another independent oil company that hold the API licenses. I forget the name of the outfit but if you're interested it wasn't hard to track down online. Once I found out the name of the company that owns MileSyn I dropped that company's name into the API database and low and behold up came MileSyn.. and numerous other brands. The parent company apparently does a lot of PLP and MileSyn appears to be their house brand.

Yeah, that's a big negative ghost rider. Mag1 is blended by WPP!

decent price with no rebate.. if you dont mind 2-3min to send in an online rebate you can get
pennzoil and M1 cheaper.

I agree.
I swear i saw supertech full synthetic for less than 15$ the other day. For 5 qts
So it would be less than 60$ for 5 gallons
Which if i wasn’t a rebate chaser I would certainly buy the supertech.
But since I do chase rebates
$2 or less/qt for synthetic
$1.50 or less for semi synthetic.
Those are my current rules.
