Out: Valvoline HD 80W-90
In: Phillips 66 85W-140

Differential was rebuilt. Shop fills with 85W-140.

Jeep rear diff was leaking very slowly for the last month or so, decided to reseal the cover since it has been about four years since it was installed. Found the problem quickly when the first bolt I backed off, the head snapped off

. So I got some new bolts, proper gear oil RTV and refilled it with Delo ESI 80w90.

2008 Chev 3/4 ton ton with 14 bolt 10-1/2 inch rear diff.

Out: GM 75W90 Synthetic done by the dealer 5 years ago.
In: Motomaster 75w90 Synthetic with 7 Oz CRC Positrac.

Used a Felpro gasket with Permatex High Tack on the cover and put on a new AC Delco diff cover from Rock Auto that came with a metal finish that I de-greased, scuffed with scotch guard and painted black with rust paint.

Here are some shots of the diff with the old cover and bolts soaked with Liquid Wrench penetrant, the new cover and gasket, a shot of the gears. Also the cleaned up magnet, the old fluid and the CRC Posi-Trac additive. Enjoy.

.
Update: I noticed a few drips on the garage floor from the diff cover over the weekend. I took my truck back to the shop that changed the diff oil for me this morning and they drained and saved the Delvac1. They cleaned the Felpro paper gasket off and used grey rtv with no gasket this time. They said a large percentage of diffs leak when using a paper gasket so we'll see if just the rtv works.

07 Audi S3 8P (Stage2-). Haldex-4WD with (separate) angle gear and diff

Out: 50:50 Castrol Syntrax 75W-90:75W-140
In: 50:50 Amsoil SevereGear 75W-90:75W-110

Changing each 45.000 miles. This week, with ~177.000 miles.

2010 Tacoma DCSB (1gr-fe), 42,909 miles

Rear Differential:
Out: factory fill 75w85
In: Starfire full synthetic 75w90

Front Differential:
Out: Factory Fill 75w85
In: Starfire 80w90

The factory fill in the front diff was in really bad shape so I refilled it with some cheap 80w90, I will change it out again with synthetic 75w90 at the next oil change.

Transfer Case:
Out: Factory fill 75w90
In: Amsoil 75w90 (GL-4)

The rear differential and transfer case fluids were in great shape (looked almost new with a minimal amount of fuzz on the rear diff magnet, it did have an odd sliver of metal stuck to it but being the factory fill with close to 10 years of use on it I'm not too worried about it.
