It was mentioned before but I finally found some QSUD Euro up here. MB 229.5.
Quaker State is now in the Euro game. Enjoy.

Poorly stated in the title but at least for the Mercedes Benz approvals those are true. They are worded properly.

So it does not have actual certifications but just "formulated to meet"?

The API monogram in the lower right hand corner says SN Plus.
