Maybe I'm reading too much into this but Made in Germany means one thing to me and certified "Made in Germany" comes across different. Why the quotation marks? To me that's suspicious.

I've been coming across some of the boutiques that have had their production shifted away from their historic manufacturing facilities. I've seen Spain as the country of manufacture for some of MOTUL's products, a shift from France. But you may be right. It may be just another group III oil with some sleight of hand in their packaging info to mis-inform consumers as to what is actually in the bottle. Is it PAO or is it group III......
