It the viscosity manufacturer approved?
Are the gas stations used the well known, big brand ones?
10W in a Russian winter also seems a bad idea, I bet he/she use the car in -20/25C weather.

That's 10K KM, or 6000-6500 miles. Looks like (somewhat) south central Russia? Not exactly Siberia? Still seems thick for any modern engine not in Australia or the Middle East.

Never saw Antimony referred by it's Latin name "Stibium". Russian lab is thorough......

I know, thats why its even more surprising. Wonder what wiped it out so badly.

Wow. These catastrophic wear values. The proof of concept for this A5 (oil) engine... You know, this one thing, with... engine clearances, bearings gaps tolerances, and so on, and so forth, and so on, and so blah blah blah.

manufacturer thinking how sell spare parts for you only
10w = -25C by SAE J300. No problem in RU winter.

Not Russian. Lab = Zeppelin in Moscow

This exact model vehicle is not available in the States but after some searching, it appears the 2008 CEED with the 122hp 1.6L engine calls for 5w-30 oil.

@Zolton
Nope. All right. With 12 iron, 3 alu and 3 nickel, the lab be permitted

to find 0 chromium. I have see something already many times in analyses with very low iron values.

10w60 in a 1.6 liter? WOW...hahaha...Awesome.

I'm guessing it's a short tripper based upon the 11 month 6k mile OCI. I guess the report doesn't look bad at all.

Something very wrong here. The TAN goes down from VOA to UOA, despite the TBN dropping through the floor (albeit with different test methods)? All the additive elements have dropped by 25% or more - I can't think of a mechanism that would do that other than gross dilution by something else or a sampling/testing issue. And yet the wear metals are in good shape.

Something odd going on here.
