Excellent.

Thank you for the oil analysis.

My 2013 Outback 3.6 has been outstanding over the years.

I'm doing 10k on my 17 3.6. I'm at 65k miles now. My UOA's were solid. Like this engine a lot.

Nice engine. Still wearing in.

Are these engine Di yet?

Will you try a low calcium new formula?

I loved the Valvoline Advance 5W30 in my Nissan.

May be the best ILSAC you can buy at Walmart.

This is the last of the 3.6 engine from Subaru. It is an old design dating to 1999 with few changes. Non DI no turbo
The replacement Is the 2.4 turbo from the Subaru Ascent. It is the first Subaru turbo to call for 0w-20 oil
I have not seen any VOA's of this oil from Subaru
As the car passes warranty I will probably change oil brands
So far I am liking this Subaru oil.

It just an O.K. group III pseudo synthetic Idemitsu from the Jeffersonville, Indiana blender. As a multiple Subaru owner and early 0W20 adopter, I talked wit the Idemitsu rep many years ago. when they were transitioning from the high moly API SM to SN formula/ GF4 > GF5.

Absolutely no need to stay with this oil under warranty.
But there is not necessarily a need to shy away from it other than that
it was on the very thin side of a 20 grade.

At this site (link above) you can request the TDS. Maybe you can report back with that info.
