No oil on gasket and use safety wire. Interesting.

The torn ADBV is sad, but overall the media looks good. The engine looks clean too.

The gaskets are pre-lubricated but I wonder what are the dangers of using DC4?

Yes uncle, that's the magnet, it was very clean. I didn't bother to cut the pleats out as I am saving for the mechanics coming annual inspection (only a few small non metallic particles can be seen peeking in-between pleats). This is the cleanest & best looking filter/oil change since recent top overhaul. I'm thinking about going 50 hrs with mechanics approval

If you wiped that magnet with a clean white paper towel you'd probably get a bit of "black goo" off of it.
