let's say I have a little bit of a leftover of the Gumout 510012 All-in- All-in-One Diesel Fuel System Cleaner, can I just use it up in a regular gas engine ?

From the FAQ section of Gumout's website.

In small amounts a gas engine can burn oily fuels without issue. I've heard of people burning camp fuel in their cars... although I think long term you'd probably have gum issues??🤔 (gumming up the works)

ok, it won't harm nething, but will it help at least a little bit ?
(aren't diesel additives stronger than the ones for gas ? )

Aside from the anti knock and cetane raising components, most of the stuff looks like run of the mill solvents commonly found in fuel system cleaners like STP...👇.so I'd say there's some cleaning effect to be had. And Gumout apparently doesn't see any negative effects of the cetane and anti knock components in a gas engine, at least probably not in these concentrations and as a one off.

STP HIGH MILEAGE TREATMENT
