With the new chemistry of Noat for the Newer model Diesel engines with increase aluminum, ELC NF, and compatible with the Oat Chemistry with Nitrates, why aren't more fleets switching to the Nitrate Free Diesel coolants? Shell offers a Rotella ELC NF, we are using it in our trucks. We can keep it in for 600,000 miles with no additives.

Is this approved for use in many passenger cars or light trucks?

I'm using "Prestone Yellow bottle" in my 2008 F150 ….

which seems to be fine from what I have been reading on here lately.

Here is some nitrate free heavy duty coolant from who else, Prestone. Let's try not diverge onto the 50/50 issue.
