My car says to use Mobil ATF 320 in the power steering unit. The problem is it's impossible to find. Anyone have a source? Is there a substitute I can use?

Thanks in advance to replies.

Can you post the entire section about what can be used? It says only that fluid or does it give an acceptable substitute if that is not available?

What car exactly?

According to ExxonMobil, this product is of the following quality level:

Allison C-4
Ford MERCON
GM DEXRON IIiG

There you have it... substitutes that can be used.

I saw that too, but the owner's manual for the vehicle should still list some sort of acceptable substitute.

Prior to Dex VI … I used Mobil 1 MV ATF in several Dex III applications - as did guys towing heavy back in those days.
Pretty high VI despite being called thicker than Dex VI
For a small amount like that it's not that pricey

The factory parts ATF would be some sort of acceptable substitute, which may likely be the Mobil ATF 320 in the Vehicle manufacturer's packaging

The manual exactly says, "Jaguar recommends Mobil ATF320 PAS fluid"

I have a 2015 Jaguar F-Type S V8

Sounds you need to stop by the dealership parts department.

And the dealer techs will use Dex III fluid.

Your Jag uses a largely Ford-derived or ZF/Bosch system. Ford calls for Mercon V for their systems. ZF/Bosch wants a fluid on their approved list or Pentosin CHF11S/202.
