Mobil 1 5w30. Good quality oil filter. Change oil and filed at 10,000 mile intervals. I have a similar drive to yours. My 2000 Honda v6 accord is at 253000 miles and going.

Probably the maintenance minder. My Accord has a wrench icon and a number that pops up on the dash when the oil life gets to 10%.
