2017 Subaru H6 Engine with Mobil 1 EP 5-30. My first ever 10k run. Little scary but I was able to fight off the need to change it. Filter used was a Fram Ultra.

Using M1 EP 5w30 and Fram Ultra oil filters, very good. Results are very good.
Maybe M1 AP 5w30 would upgrade it.

Nice for a TC engine. Engine is well worn in to sweet spot.

Subaru have robust fuel metering technology IMHO.

Excellent!

I say UOA award of the month! .... so far!

With that TBN and zero sign of fuel dilution viscosity issues? The EP seems to be doing JUST fine. There is 15k in that oil/engine combo easy.

Took me a lot to go 10k. I think I'd throw up at 15

Nice report . Did your driving style change at all during the end of the run ? I know in my heart I would never be able to extend a OCI .

No change in driving style. The Subaru we call the UBER. Daily driver to work on most days (25 mile each way; mostly highway) and the limo for 3 active kids. Travel baseball and basketball gets you around. My average MPH for the 10k was 42. I don't idle and short trips for me are 7 miles each way and 4 of those are highway. This 10k run was over the winter and we do get cold. I don't idle a lot but I also don't get rpms past 2 and a half before the oil is warmed up.

I don't think this is a turbocharged engine. Think Boxer!
