Since its "marine" gear lube, it should have a better ability to emulsify water, which is a problem in outboards and stern drives.
This comes out to about 1.50 a quart, which is pretty cheap for marine gear oil.
Here is the glitch- AGMA 4 EP calls for "rapid water separation" . This is the opposite of what you want in a marine gear lube, and I have never heard of any AGMA-spec in marine applications until your post.
This link for a similar AGMA 4 EP product says "do not use where GL-5 gear lubes are specified". https://www.cenex.com/~/media/cenex/files/lubricants/agma%20ep/agma-ep_pds-e5-02.ashx
Some searching seems to show Unival is the house brand for Home Hardware in Canada.
Due to the above inconsistencies, I personally would not use this in any marine application , but in golf carts or industrial machinery not immersed in water it would seem to be ok.
