For no reason other than a little fun I'm going to fit a Baldwin B50 to my Mondeo ST with a Duratec 30.

What size orifice would be a good starting point? And what or where are we getting the orifices from?

There's a few bungs in the engine block, I was going to use one for the oil supply and return to the sump or rocker cover.

What are we using as restrictors? I'm considering getting a but of 5/8th threaded bar, cutting it down and drilling a 0.032" hole through the centre of it and using it as a male to male coupler of sorts.

Get a copper .035" MIG welding tip (1/4" x 20 threads)

Cut it shorter (as needed) to allow for desired flow rate.

The hole in these is about .065", it's relatively big

Most systems (depending upon the desired flow rate of the BP relative to the total system capacity) will be anywhere from .050 down to .030. I would recommend starting smaller and working your way up to the desired flow rate.
