I'm replacing the evaporator on a 2008 Honda CRV and need to add 1.3oz of oil to in when installing.. Honda calls for SP-10, which I can't find anywhere to purchase. I have PAG-46 left from another job, and my internet searching says it is the same. Is it, and would it be fine for me to mix with what's in the car?

PAG is like brake fluid that it picks up water unless the container is well sealed. If there's any doubt about that leftover oil buy new instead.

Buy new oil. Preferably, if you can get Advance to order from WorldPac, Idemitsu sells a PAG 46 oil that works well. Comes in a metal can.
