Carquest 85394 - Unknown time/use

Carquest 85394 from a Kawasaki 18HP tractor engine (Kubota TG1860G). Unknown hours of use from previous owner.

It very well could be an old filter, I have no maintenance history. I'm letting more oil drain from it before cutting the pleats off to look at the folds.

There was a silicone ADV, it looked just fine. I tear holes in them to drain the oil out before opening so I don't make a mess. The new filter I put on was a Wix 51394XP.

We sell them at AAP and I have read the specs and I have actually cut a few open and they very much remind me of a NAPA oil filter...

There is Carquest RED and then are sorta like 3000-mile oil filters and then Carquest Blue as in the picture and them are 10000-mile oil filters..

Its carquest best oil filter...

Not any made in the past 4 years.
NAPA filters are Wix made,
Carquest (current ones) are Purolator made (except a few diesel and cartridge filters).
