I just picked this engine up last night. Pretty interesting.

This is a 4 cylinder horizontally opposed, air cooled engine. 32 cubic inches (500cc's).

It's not that big and only weighs maybe 90 pounds. I think this will be a fun transplant into a Garden Tractor or a hot rod golf cart or something similar

That one is MINT!

I have seen some 4AO84 (Big brother version) converted to small aircraft engines, but it's hard stripping them down to get them light enough.

They are built like TANK engines, LOL! Kind of thirsty, though...

I've got two of these, still in the military wooden crates. It was such of a bargain that I couldn't pass them up.

Found a guy in the interwebs who put this engine in a Cub Cadet. I think it looks good!!

My plans are to put a nice deck on it and use mine as a mower

I aquirred a chysler omc built model not to long ago.
Runs out quite well, 4,500-5,000. governed at 3,600.
Do not run out past governor, period. I will be pull with prop so rpms will stay low.
I will have details on the ultralite soon enough.
What are you planning to run for oil?
I have a can filter, gonna do a spin-on filter still need to source adapter...
