Fram Ultra Cartridge good for 30k?

This way I can change the oil filter with the air filter say once a year when I do the diffs etc.

Drink a few cups of coffee and go tackle that oil filter!
How much did you pay for that nice truck? Is the value of your engine less than the price of an oil filter? Why take a chance to have a 5K lb. yard ornament?

If I had a vehicle that was that bad to change the oil on I'd probably just take it to the dealer or buy oil and a filter and take it to a trusted independent mechanic.
