I believe that motor is a known sludger 1MZ-FE? I had the same motor in my 98 Sienna.
I would use a good filter Wix, Napa or Fram Ultra along with a good synthetic. PP or Mobil 1 5W--30. Make sure you check the PCV valve and replace if necessary. I wouldn't go longer than 6500-7500 MI OCI IMO.
Considering your mileage, Mobil 1 High Mileage oil with a Mobil 1 oil filter will do for 7500 miles or once a year. I would do a 5000 mile oil change with it first because it might clean up deposits left in the engine if it's always used conventional oil.
I have been using PH3600 size/equivalent filter from Napa or Wix or Fram Ultra (XG3600).
This is a bigger (2x) size equivalent with the same nut thread.
There is no specific Lexus branded filter, there is the Toyota branded filter that may be (?) available at Walmart but I don't think it is at all WM all over the world only in select location (YMMV), though.
My 5 cents - try AAP oil specials,
I really like their combos and all kind of deals they run.
Right now Castrol Magnatec + Purolator Boss for $27.99 delivered

What would I search for at Walmart.com? I cannot find a Lexus filter.
I'm not completely sure which part number fits your car, but Walmart.com has this one (out of several) which I saw listed at a Toyota/Lexus online parts store for the Lexus ES300. Go take a browse through your closest Walmart to see what all they have in stock. They're beginning to carry a lot of oem stuff.
