MIS is not the only boring track, seems to be normal in NASCAR nowadays 🤨🤨🤨☹ï¸

The 3 and 8 cars had their qualifying times excluded for violating this rule. They had disabled the alternators somehow to reduce drag and free up some horsepower.

Lap 15, car 48 into the wall off of turn 2. Tire is flat coming around the next lap. Spotters are reporting the track is clear. No caution and Jimmie is pitting. Right rear 1/4 panel is destroyed.

Fortunately for everyone else, but not for Jimmie, the tire came apart and wrapped around the axle and not onto the track. Makes me wonder what else is damaged.

Good, hopefully that takes him out of the Chase!

Lap 32 car 4 has a right front tire down. Spotters are reporting no debris on track. Come out a lap down.
