Help on what this tool is

A co worker gave me this tool he found in a dumpster near his house.

If anyone knows what it is please let me know as I dont know what I would do with it.

^This. I've got a Milwaukee drill/impact combo that came with this handle that I've had for about five years. I've maybe used it once or twice.
