just learn to control your serving sizes + CUT the carbs aka sugars!! research + learn on KenDBerryMD, he is a bit hardcore but the info is there to control your sugar-aka insulin for a longer healthier life. on any label 4 grams of sugar = a teaspoon!!!! even things thought to be healthy are sometimes not, good luck for a formerly overweight person. my nephew dropped 100 lbs going low carb + was not hungry as protein + fat is filling + satisfying, eggs are great + as Dr Berry notes you need cholesterol for many functions + todays recommended high carb low fat eating plans don't work easily seen by looking at many overweight individuals both young + old, male or female!
