Yes the salesman pointed out that the optional wings were really worth it. But this guy insisted on the base model.

The cold and dense winter time air means the air cooled engine makes much more power, and the prop gets much more bite. Making wintertime operations considerable more responsive......

Cujet, I was referring to the occupants, lol. I've stood behind a P-51 idling-I want no part of that when it's cold
