I got a new-to-me set of wheels off Craigslist. The guy gave me wheels with the installed tires and TPMS as the tires have some life left. The TPMS set is for 2008 Sentra. My 2006 Sentra does not have TPMS so I was wondering if I can get some aftermarket TPMS receiver to use with these sensors or it is not worth the hassles.

DW managed to dent 3 out of 4 wheels, most likely due to less tire pressure (hence the replacement) but now I try to be as disciplined as possible to check the air at least once a month. If it is not too much hassle (and cost) would like to give it a shot.

Ha!

I do believe it's shorthand for Dear Wife. I've seen that on some camper forums.

Thank you for the explanation. I assumed BITOGers are savvy enough to know the acronyms.

I can't imagine it would be worth getting a TPMS receiver connected and working. I'd just stick to checking more diligently.
