Owner's manual refers to a Case product or the ASTM3306 spec. There is a sticker saying it's an extended life coolant installed. Are all organic based coolants that are ELC nitrated? Just trying to figure out what is in there and what is compatible for the occasional top-up of the surge tank.

FCD Joined Oct 22, 2015 Messages 4,062 Location Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain Jul 19, 2019 #4 Most OAT and HOAT coolants can be safely mixed, all you're doing is reducing the amount of the Inorganic inhibitor, be it Silicate, Nitrate, Phospate etc and increasing the amount of OAT inhibitors.
