No idea if the topic WM store has a Lube and Tire shop or not, however either way, also noted authoritative source states "core" filters not intended for retail sale.

So I went back and was going to buy a 3614 just for the heck of it and the box below it had 6607's!

I only bought two. They are $2.11 each. Silicone ADBV and they feel solid. This particular Walmart didn't have a Tire & Auto center BTW.
