I have one too, I bought it used when I was obsessed with floor jacks. It's 100% made for shop use with it's low ground clearance and delicate wheels. My driveway is really uneven and I felt bad about using such a exotic jack on it. I also found it has a very sensitive and awkward release, it might be because of the extra leverage because of the D handle. I'm sure the DK20 is more versatile and rugged, but I wouldn't go out of my way for another AC unless all I cared about was a European COO.
EDIT: I remember now, the release is like a half turn or something stupid like that. It's hard to be precise with that especially when you are watching the jack stands and manipulating the jack with one hand. I guess it it meant to be used with screw-type jack stands. Deal breaker for me!

Lol, Milwaukee Hydraulic? If you want a quality US made jack, I'm pretty sure they're the only game in town but they are expensive and you might have to wait for one. They are bordering on a rich dude's garage accessory though, imagine spilling brake fluid on one of those.
I have a HW93642 and it is pretty awesome for a standard height jack. I don't think they are made in the USA anymore but it is a beast, highly recommended.
I'd get that old one rebuilt or do it yourself if it is in good shape otherwise. Even if it is an old import jack, they are totally worth saving and the parts are available.
