Pulled heads due to stuck valves and severely bent pushrods, machine shop found heads were also cracked, so head and head gasket replacement

2008 Toyota Aurion, 167750km, drain and fill. Out: 4.5l of Radicool SF-O in the engine for the last couple of years and 35000km, which replaced the factory fill when the water pump went. In: Nulon Red Premium Long Life Premix. First time when I used the Lisle spill free funnel kit, what a brilliant tool that is!

Out: 3qts OEM (only three came out the petcock... not low in system, just surprised..)

In: 3qts Valvoline Asian (PHOAT)

No sebacic acid; states sodium benzoate on back only. I think the sodium benzoate is the only carboxylic acid in these, so I'll probably just do this small swap every 30k
 
2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 V8, Zerex G-05. I drained it, changed the upper and lower radiator hoses, then filled it. It has about 104k miles on it. Not bad for such an old Jeep. It runs great.

Had to have the radiator changed on my WK Grand Cherokee 3.0crd with OM642.

Garage i used is a Mercedes specialist so they used the blue G48 coolant mb325.0 to replace whatever was in.
