Previous fill was the same as this. In fact, last time I just took a sample and didn't do a full drain. Please note the OCI refers to the mileage since the last sampling, not the last full drain.

I would have probably kept using Shock Proof if I didn't have the cooling system for it due to the temperatures it was reaching otherwise.

I personally believe a 75W140 (or 80W140 if ambient is above -26*C) is more appropriate for OP's application.
