Probably the only one that exists in that condition. Would be a shame if someone gets it to just use, should be preserved. Every part of it is probably made in USA.

There are small garden tractor forums where the guys discuss stuff like that. There are a lot of them that have been restored or kept in good condition-Simplicity tractors from the 60s are very common.
 
2 days later - the ad is still up?!!?

I would've been driving there while in the process of trying to contact them

I remember when really nice original condition Ford Model A were selling for $30,000
None of the young people want them anymore, so prices slid.

Same now with older farm equipment and antique lawn tractors.....
The amount of older folks that want this stuff is getting smaller every day.
