2008 Yamaha VX 1100 oil filter choice

OEM is 5GH-13440-60-00, I was thinking of running 14610 Purolator One or Boss. Any advise on a better choice?

Will an M1-110 fit? That one is considerably longer than the bike-specific filters.

The M1-110 is listed as an equivalent to the 14610 on this reference.

I think these are Honda clones. Used many aftermarkets on my Honda MC and Yamaha F115. your Boss should work fine
