Troy Bilt TB200

Been looking for an affordable push mower to keep at a rental property. Would you guys consider a Troy Bilt TB200 a decent mower for $100? Used but looks in fair shape. Self propelled belt drive, 21 in cut, 150cc "625 EX Series" Briggs engine. Going to take a look at it tomorrow morning.

Anyone have experience with one? Thanks for any input in advance.

I have one I bought for my folks to use. I like the no prime start and the self propelled front wheels. Takes a lot of work out of push mowing. If it's in good shape then it's a good deal.
