Rear positive camber

Got a Lexus RX300

One tire in the rear that is wearing on the outer shoulder and car is used to carry some heavy load for work.
After putting it on the alignment machine, it was not a toe issue, but a positive camber.
Factory preference is -0.6, it's at 0.2 right now. So about 0.8 positive out.

Is there any leeway with the bolts on the current strut to push the camber back into the negative?
or I do need to get camber kit?

Trying to somewhat correct this as tires need replacement too.
 
I had to buy a different length lower control arm for my Lexus LS430. There was no adjustment.

Question is:

Why is it way out?

locating Bushing failed or fishtail into curb and bent LCA.

Those two come to mind at 95% of why its bad.
 
Just ordered moog camber adjustment bolt.
Will try to eyeball it and get it in the negative a bit.

Maybe a family member rubbed it against a curb, but for now just want a quick fix since the suspension system is still stock.
 
As a poster said make sure and check all busing and connected parts. Some cars just go out over time, some VW models are a perfect example, you use shims behind the bearing hub to correct positive/negative camber and toe.
The problem is a lot of people have is some use "minutes" instead of degrees so you need to work it out to use thousands numbered shims, simple enough but not everyone is aware of it.

Major safety issue no "quick fix"

Check for bushing damage or broken links at least. Then you can try to dial it to Zero.

Also, like TRAV said, many readouts show the degree fractions in Minutes instead of hundreths of a degree - so make sure about that.
