Are they actually pretty ok... I need one for my left front CV axle on my Nissan Altima VQ 3.5... The price was like $130 and advertised as "new"...

I don't think you can go wrong with the majority of "better" quality axle assemblies from any of the parts suppliers. Typically, when I'm looking at auto parts, I look at the warranty. If it shows to be a new assembly with a lifetime limited warranty(or even 3yr) and the price is right, I feel it's a good option. Sorry I'm not addressing the particular axle you're asking about, but I just don't know. Most of the Napa parts I've installed have been well made and fit properly, but of course some aren't and don't. If you're flexible on price, I'd get the new one with the best warranty.

Btw, although I didn't price compare all of the items I posted, I checked the price on qs at Walmart, and just happened to notice the price in Mobil 1 v twin.

Qs advanced durability
-walmart $14.97/5 qts
-napas $14.95/5 qts, plus no .05 oil fee that Walmart charges.
No, Napa isn't offering the deal in five qt containers, but I want individual quarts and Walmart qts are $4.24 each.

Mobil 1 v twin 20W-50
-walmart $9.74/qt
-napa $8.99/qt
